They will not get a raise as long as Mike Clark, Carl Fryman, Mario Todd and others in their group keep getting multi-year contracts. These contracts include cars, gas, phones, insurance and other things to go with them. The minimum contract this year for these individuals has been $75,000+/yr and these contracts have buyout agreements. This means to fire them they have to pay a high amount of the contract to get rid of them. Bigger cities do not pay these positions this much for their jobs. Ask yourself, are these salaries reasonable? How much have they made to get this event center built? What businesses do they help? Who gets free passes from the city? Where is the money going? Like the movie says "Follow the money!"
