This case was not about whether or not Dan was guilty at the sham of a trial they gave him. The trial was just a dog and pony show. He had zero chance to prevail given the conditions that he was subjected to. This has always been from day one about the complete denial of his due process rights. Excessive bond, Ineffective counsel, and denial of proper medications are just a few of the dirty tricks they used. They offered him time served just to try to get rid of this case because they knew they had already violated his due process rights. So then came plan B which was to convict him at any cost and hope that it would just go away. Well its not going to go away, and it may take time, but this will be made right once it gets out of this fucking county. I know that some prosecutors and some judges think we are too stupid to know our rights and that we have a right to a fair and speedy trial. This is the worst denial of due process that I have ever witnessed in my life time.
