Its happening across IN. and USA, more and more! Look at the David Camm trial, witness testified agaist Camm, he was doing 25 yr. sentence! he was released for his testamony after 6yrs. put on an ankle bracelet! He is now on the run and a free man! Or maybe someone shut him up after he got out,never know!These prosecutors call they`re buddys say hey, have you put away any convicts that want a free ticket out, i need them to say a few things then, they are free, easy as that!Convict will sell they`re mom to get out! I have met a few lawyers that have morals but very few! Its gives the good ones a bad name! Dan has them by the $*lls if he gets the right person to do his appeal, but at state level they will not buck the State Attn. or governer! Thing is you have to get people to petition the representitives! Write a somewhat short petition put it on (care to act) site, when people sign it, petition will sent strait to the representitives! Enough signitures he/she has no choice but to act! Even if they dont like it! Thats how they passed the gay rights thing! Grass roots politics!! They dont like it but, after all they work for the people! We need laws holding prosecutors accountable,People usually dont care until it happens to them! Their are alot of people its happening to! Most prosecutors become Reps, thats why they throw morals out the window, to further they`re acts against the people for money and power!! Common sense will always prevail in the end, but that is something they lack is common sense! Their was a small country near Tawian,i cant remember the name, but lawyers did the same thing there, and they hung over a thousand lawyers in the streets! We didnt hear about it much of course, bcause of the media mafia! Look up (wrongfullyconvicted) they show pictures of judges,prosecutors, sherriffs, politicians, no one has done one thing to stop them, they are lawyers! Fact is now prosecutors have to give Dan they`re e-mails about this case or any e-mails period! Elected officials are not allowed to hold they`re e-mails, unless the case is pending or as long as it does not violate anyone elses privacy! That would be up to the appeals court what is private! If they withhold this info they can be held accountable! And because this is appeal, Dan should not be charged any money! That should be interesting! YOU THINK!!!
