Dont quite understand what you mean!!! I think what you need is firefox mozzilla with add on toolbar, its free and has HTTPS which is crypted! I only let this site have my IP because i wanted to see how long it would take for someone to track me! It didnt take long either! The Patriot act only applies to terrorist, but many local law enforcement think it applies to everyone, just go to eff.org Hoped this helped!! And defamation laws are not enforced on the public, so if they are enforced on one they have to be enforced on all claims, wouldnt you think! Unless names are used it has no bases anyway!
