The executive(mayor) may appoint three competent persons to examine, without notice, the city accounts and property in the possession or custody of a city department, officer, or employee and to report their investigation. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ELECT THE MOST HONEST MAYOR WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF TRUE LEADERSHIP ABILITY, ALL INCUMBENTS NEED TO GO!
