So taxpayer.......... address the Mayor not paying property tax and getting a grant in excess of $300,000 ....Furthermore money for infrastructure should be built into the budget without using the riverboat money....the way you suggest is that we would all be up a shit creek if it were not for riverboat money and the reality is the money for infrastructure is already there, and its just convenient to say we spent the riverboat money on infrastructure. We don't have shit to show for our riverboat money just some good ol boys got their grants
