You better check your facts people! Greendale will not have to do anything to it's water, sewer, electric, anything that is underground for maybe fifty or sixty years! This alone has saved millions for the future generation of Greendale. This did not happen by accident! This was done by a good common sense City Council led by a Mayor with a vision for the future! As far as the sign ordinances, Do you want open season in Greendale? Do you want signs as big as Hollywood Casino's sign? I think the citizens of Greendale are smarter than that. They like their small town atmosphere. If you look at Mayor Hedricks record you will see that Greendale has done more good with their share of the riverboat money than any other city in southeast Indiana.
