Lets see, a grand jury is not a real jury and you call me stupid! It does represent the fact that enough evidence is put forth for a jury to decide if it should go further. According to you we should just scrap grand juries because they are all in the pockets of prosecuters. And you think I am off base? I agree that my objectivity is suspect due to my experience, you got me on that one. The key word is experience, Dan and all of his buddies could be totally correct that this whole episode is unfair. Do you realize that he could still be found guilty of the charges? What then? The new judge and jury are in on the fix? My claim is that Dan needs help in the mental health area regardless of his guilt. Dan does not need a judge to order this, he just needs to agree to see someone he can trust to give him a fair appraisal. If they say he is fine then I will withdraw any objections I have made and offer my profound appologies. If not then I expect the same from his supporters. Fair enough.
