 I am having a hard time deciding whether you say the things you do because you are stupid or you think the people reading this discussion board are. "Grand Jury" is a jury in name only and represents nothing as far as the truth of anything or the guilt or innocence of its target. It is wholly a creature of the prosecutor. He gets to present whatever he wants. There is no defense. There are no facts or evidence other than what he chooses to present. And in the end, the "jury" only decides if there is enough put before them to justify an attempt at prosecution. It is extremely rare for a grand jury to tell a prosecutor "no". For you to suggest that this means ANYTHING about the merits of the prosecution or conviction is pure propaganda. It is my opinion that your family situation (vis-a-vis your sister's mental health issues) makes your objectivity very suspect, and for you to persist in dogging Dan with specious claims like this makes your assertions all the more suspect.
