So you admit that the 1st isn't absolute...I will take that as a positive. Threats are interesting, you walk up to a random person on the street and stare at them, follow their every move, follow them to their car, follow their car home...is that a threat? Dan published personal info on a judge, his wife and kids, a court witness was harassed and followed. See any difference. He published the judges everyday activities, schedual, vacation plans, talked to the witnesses possible employers, ask his exwifes lawyers husband to teach his under 5 year old to fire weapons. Give me a break, the guy is a loon and you ask where the threats are? Right here plus many not mentioned. You want the prosecuter to apologize to a convicted felon? A plea deal was to see if Dan got the message that his actions were out of bounds. He didn't get it so now what? He goes to jail. I answered your questions, now answer mine. Where is the ACLU? Where is Dans Ohio attorney? Why did a jury convict Dan if you think it is so clear he is innocent? And don't say there was no defense since you think there is no evidence of threats that can be proven to a right minded jurist. So answer my questions instead of posing inane garbage JL.
