No. Raylan it is not a crazy conspiracy theory, it is called the true, straight up. They are blatantly doing everything they can to tamper with his ability to 1) defend himself, 2) have anyone else effectively defend him as well. The fix has been in ever since he decided to use his First Amendment right to publicly criticize a county judge. Judge Humphrey has a history of unfair divorce settlements especially for men. Men get totally screwed in family court, most of the time.
