But in Brewington's case- it's only the prosecutor- Negangard- who came in swinging his saber.
Perhaps Homeland security and the feds know better than to mess with First Amendment.
Perhaps only the prosecutor- Negangard- can try this case, because only he can set a scene that looks like there is any case at all. Why the actors went along with his script is anyone's guess.
