 Why is it that once again a Aurora City Council member, Brett Fehrman, has not yet to be arrested? Is it because he is a elected official and they hope to sweep it under the rug? On Sunday Brett battered his wife in front of his child and then took off with his child. The Dearborn County Sheriffs Dept was called out to the Fehrman home,due to the fact he does not even reside with in the city limits,to take the report. Brett took his child to a family members home on Lower Dillsboro Road and dropped her off, but the Sherrifs Dept never caught up with him. So I hear charges are pending and hopefully Aaron Negangard will due the right thing and move forward with the charges, we will see. It's such ashame that it depends on who you are or who you know determines what you can or cannot get away with. Any other wife beater would of already been arrested and in front of a judge.
