The FACTS are these Hedrick and Butler have been in business together for sometime and jointly own several properties, and several of their properties are delinquent in property taxes, according to the county assessor who published the properties and amounts owed in the August newspaper. The 305 Ridge Ave, LLC is also jointly owed by them and two others. They were granted and grant more than $350,000, to restore that property and make it a restaurant/winery. What most people don't know is that same house was already given grants before BUT/HED owned it. Cornelius owed previously and the county gave him grants as well. So the county will have invested well over $400,000 in the historic house and it still remains dilapidated! Yes, given these facts that are a matter of public record, it is pretty safe to assume that yes, But and Hed are on the take in Greendale!
