 Negangard's last piece of "evidence" was from September 2010. The Humphreys felt this manufactured "fear" in August of '09. Maybe the grand jury was convened (not until February 28th, 2011) because Dan wrote, on Negangard's facebook page on February 7th 2011, asking Negangard who Negangard had to know to make a complaint against him go away. A few days later, Dan got a letter from the Chief Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court informing Dan that his complaint had been dismissed. A few days after that, Dan was notified that he was a target of a grand jury investigation. It took Negangard over five months to get this "dangerous" person off the streets; a person who needed a $600,000 bond in order to "protect" the public; A person who openly criticized the prosecutor for not investigating an unlicensed psychologist who perjured himself in court. Any rational person can see the vindictive/criminal behavior of the Dearborn County Prosecutor's Office.
