After looking at Dan`s story and looking at court records! I would like to say that my grandfather,father both fought in numerous country`s for our freedom our constitution gives us. It is my understanding they shot and blew up many people of the communist party, and were rewarded with medals from the USA,dont try to take this out of context, im not saying we should kill people in this country, that is not our policy against citizens, but imprisonment is required when people force communism to our citizens!!Men and women are putting theyre lives on the line right this very moment for the freedoms of men and women, children, so they can join in the freedoms on which our flag stands for! If you dont want your name in the public eye dont run for public office! Get a private practice! (LLC)People have gotten on TV and said our PRESIDENT was like Hitler,was MUSLIM,he was COMMUNIST, but they are not in prison because we have a first amendment rite to express our feelings! In order to hold the conviction of Dan the suprem court would half to arrest 3/4 ths. of the population. You being the authority that is in control knows that and probably really dont care because their are laws that protect you from liable responsibility! The wall street guys thought the same thing and look who is knocking on theyre door, the AMERICAN PEOPLE!! ( LAW IS REASON FREE OF PASSION)ARISTODLE !!! And for you people who dont agree with me, that is your rite given to you by the UNITED STATES OF ANERICA ,I KNOW HOW TO WRITE A HABEUS CORPUS!!Arrest me for saying that communism is present in DEARBORN CO. Blackmailing someone to stop writing public information can be considerd a FELONY,FEDERAL CRIMES,People who commit felonys can be arrested by a citizen and subdued in any way nessesary to hold them for proper authoritys! If Dan were truly crazy as the officials say, their would be a whole different story! Now that the story has made the Indiana law blog this story will travel fast!! Kick theyre ask Dan!!
