If you had merely attended the trial you would understand the reference to the gun rights and the SOB comment. When a reference is made that someone can be called an SOB but not something else--- why? If name calling is illegal any name calling should be illegal. Who determines what is legal name calling? The gun issue simply arose as the result of the fact Brewington owned a gun. Was his ownership illegal? No. Why is it an issue? Because the prosecutor made it an issue to bolster his case that Dan could do something! What is that something? According to the prosecutor it is to attempt to set up a drive by from a jail house snitch who never came in contact with Dan. Tell me this is reasonable justice.
