It is interesting that the whole "trumped up" drive by issue even came up. Here is a law officer and commissioner stating false information prior to the trial (that didn't show up in the trial) from an alledged "hear say" source, that even a little bit of research proved could not have occurred. So much for the quality of the law officer.

The Prosecutor chose to file charges based on the ex-wife's attornery's allegations - not the judge's, nor the psychologist's. That is where the cost comers from. So he bears some of the responsibility. And he did so only after the complaint against him was not upheld. (Within days, as a matter of fact.) Is this retaliation?
