 Evidence collected for the grand jury and at the trial was Brewington's writing on his blog. At the trial only excerpts were read. Perhaps it was the same for the grand jury. Child abuser sounds horrible- in context Brewington believes that separating children from a parent is child abuse. Using the children to force the parent to comply with court orders is child abuse, in his opinion.
