I have lived in Dearborn county all my life. My family tree go's back 6 generations. And this county was a nice place to call home. Like I sead I have lived hear all my life. I seen a big change in the people and the crime about 14 years ago when the gambling boat came to town. Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Dover, Aroura, the whole county changed and not for the good. I miss my old county it was peaceful and felt like home. Now I feel like an out sider. I for one am one of the people that puts negative thins on this blog. I do think Dearborn county is a cesspool the people running it are arrogant and self centered. I do believe that the prosecuter is doing good things about the drug problems. But that is the onely thing that I can see he has done right. The county got to big to fast money wise that is. I remember when Carl Agner was Mayer and life in Lawrenceburg was fun. Dance's at the Americn Legon,Dearborn county fair, fund raisers. Now I for one would be afraid to do any of that you don't know what you are going to get in to now. The county needs a change in leadership. Well I think I have cryed enough I just wish the corruption had not reard it's head. I am sure its been there the whole time but atleast they were indiscreet about it.
