I support/empathize with some of Dan's issues, even though I do not like his methods.
No matter how the case is decided, I would not want my name as a juror to be available to be plastered everywhere.
Dan has been critical even of people who have intended to help, such as defense attorneys. It would be hard to defend someone who criticizes your every move and tries to direct you as to how to do your job.
Dan has made it all so personal, (as it has indeed been for him). He needs to step back and take his own advise that the process needs to be impartial for justice to work properly.
