 Clearly you do not wish to focus on the reality that this is indeed about his civil rights, choosing to divert attention to the child custody battle rather than acknowledge that he is being confined and prosecuted for criticizing those who have power over us. This is precisely the purpose of the First Amendment to the constitution. If you cannot recognize that, you are most certainly disqualified from being a judge, or any other officer of the court. In such a position your first duty above all others is to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Not just for the people you agree with or approve of, but for everyone. It follows then that you must be able to recognize a violation of constitutional rights, which this statement proves is beyond you.

Please tell us that you are not an elected official of our government...
