McHenry and Negangard should know the rules of evidence!! Hearsay without any substantiating evidence is nothing!! Why should they even mention such nonsense, other than to try to bolster their outrageous actions. Hamilton County and the ATF did not take it seriously, why should Dearborn County?

Now that Dan has filed suit in a real Court, is Negangard going to appropriate some more County grant money for his defense???
