He nodded a little bit as he turned to take the burger off the burner and slid one onto a bun, handing it over to her on a plate to prepare for herself before he leaned over to get out the fries. "Watch it, they are hot." He stated as he dropped some onto her plate before dropping the tray back onto the stove with a muttered curse as the heat seeped through the dishtowel he had been using to hold it with. Sticking his fingers into his mouth, he sucked on them for a moment before he made up his own burger and then got some fries, motioning for her to come to the table with him as after he grabbed the beer she had opened to finish himself. He settled in one of the chairs at the small table before he popped a fry in his mouth and then sucked in air, making the fish face and then the 'o' face since it was burning his mouth. He had just warned her it was hot and here he was with a burnt tongue, damn it, he would rather take a bullet hole than a burnt tongue, it was just so damn annoying. Once he had gotten the fry down and his tongue lathed in beer, he spoke. "Yeah...summer is always a good time..." He wasn't exactly quite sure what to talk to a seventeen year old girl about...
