Subject: hey Storm..we call them jump-cross-keys.... start on your toes with one foot in front of other and make a little jump straight up, then the cross - where your heels go outwards and touch the ground.. then the keys is to bring your feet back to start position, but the other foot is now in front...... does that sound like what you were thinking of? You can do it slowly while hanging on to the counter or bench top... feels weird to start with.
