ZandB was NOT to blame for these rumours!!! Go read the thread he wrote on DDN and it's nothing to do with this.... some of us mums took it to extremes. The fact is the subject WAS discussed at a CLRG meeting and it's leaked out and people are saying that it's what's happening. STOP blaming Zeb, we all saw his post for what it really was an attention grabber to let people know that a feis was reaching its cap, as they do in USA. If you don't have a sense of humour then you shouldn't be in ID and FYI ZandB is very much a Feis Dad, so he can take the mick all he likes, what he says is generally spot on...and I am a feis mom! -- For the love of the dance

Perhaps it was coincidence and I'm not sure which board this was on (it was, in fact, on every mb I saw) - but the discussion included a link to see what it was all about and the link was to the ZandB post.

I have a sense of humor. What I SAID was that a casual observer (or one who was referred to the boards to see the dress elimination discussion) would easily be led to believe that this was all true and a done deal, based on Mr. Zeb's posts.

Again, I will say, it must have all been coincidence and no one intended to mislead the more innocent of feis moms/dads to believe that this was a "done deal." ALL I am suggestion is that we (including Mr. Zeb) might wish to be careful/more responsible in how we introduce our humorous posts. Somehow, probably my lack of brilliance, I too wondered what was fact and what was fiction.

Perhaps they had, just as I had been in Jan/Feb, but I didn't then go blurting it all over the boards...I was waiting to see if it appeared on the CLRG site.
