The Second World War effected many people after the war myself included. I was fortunate to sail with many Merchantmen who endured those terrible days, and it taught and gave me a great respect for all those men who never came back. my thanks to Brian for his site and billy McGee for all of his hard work and research on the many who served in the Merchant navy in those very frightening days, whenever I ever heard the Tune Your Nobody,s Child , a tear came from me because Im one of them. very grateful,.
