Im from Newcastle on Tyne and was there in 1972 as a trainee steward. Lots of good memories including fights with Greboes on way to town, rowing on Thames, and at St Martin-in-the field on a sunday. Would love to hear from fellow trainees from that time. Still have original photos of dormitory inmates.Memory needs jogging on names, but I remember the faces ! Visited 6 years ago. Shame its now a police cadet training facility !! Was a great way to see the world. Look forward to any replies......Tony
