Del boy as you said some people maybe shy of revealing their past well here is one that isn't the only people that maybe shy are the ones who have something to hide, just a thought. However here is my input: Sadly I was only at sea for seven years but must say that they were the most interesting & enjoyable years of my working life. 1st company: Maritime Shipping & Trading Co Ltd sailing on just one of their ships the "SS Georgidore" sailing as 5th & Fourth Engineer for a full four years. 2nd company: London & Overseas Freighters Ltd sailing on three of their ships "MV London Prestige ( a tanker) "MV Overseas Courier" (bulk carrier) & finally the "MV Overseas Adventurer" another tanker all great ships. best wishes to all.
