Any Decent Lawyer would be able to mount a case.I have no Doubt at all that a lot of money was misapropiated.Im not saying this because Im an expat, Im saying they shouldnt be allowed to get away with it. War Criminals and other offenders stii have to face the Law years later so why not Unions who have deducted Millions of Pounds in Fee,s supposedly some for old age Seamens welfare as you said the stamp in the Union book says it all.all the Best Glenn.
