Date Posted: 27/01/08 12:39am Hello, Does anyone remember my dad, Tony Dwyer, who was a radio officer serving on Brocklebank ships, in and around 1950s? One of his ships was the Maihar (Hope that's right!). My wonderful dad will be 80 years young in a couple of weeks and I would love to be able to read out some messages from his old Merchant Navy friends, from those happy days. He told us many a yarn about life and characters at sea and still keeps us entertained with morse code.
