Date Posted: 10/02/13 11:09pm Hello my grandfather Able Seaman Alfred Browne was aboard the fated Athelsultan and my late father David Alfred Browne did a lot of research in to the ship and his father's loss and he even met with Frau Brandi in Germany in the 1970's. I stumbled upon your post as I am taking my children aged 10 and 14 yrs to the memorial in Tower Hill for the first time this week and was doing a search on the ship and the memorial, it would be good to hear from you.
