I have just spoken to you ref the RUNSWICK & I checked the replies you already have & the one from Billy is spot on. That is the RUNSWICK I knew. She was managed by Headlam as Billy states. I worked for Ropners (as did Billy though we never met!) & we were called in by Headlam to supply manpower to get the ship from Liverpool to Sunderland in early 1969. She was in a bit of a mess & we were glad when we finally docked her in Sunderland. Just to state again - the pic on the website should be labelled M.V. (motor vessel) & not S.S. (steamship.
If you ever want M.Navy data then Billy is the oracle (Bible).
