Answer.. Fairly easy if you piss Brian off enough, he can shut down the whole forum of the site and save money. Brian owns this site and will of registered his domain name. He can still run this website without a forum. He can also get rid of this forum and register an IP logged forum, where he can get individuals to register and their individual IP will be permantlty logged, and anyone who thinks they are clever enough to put a false email, can still be tracked back to their own computer, no matter how much they change email addresses.
