Greetings David,
I dont know if this is the same vessel as you mentioned but I know of a jack-up vessel that is based here in Middlesbrough called the "Resolutuion" originally the "Mayflower Resolution" if this is one & the same vessel then it is not a Drillship it is a specially designed & incidently the only one of its kind in the world for the installation of offshore wind turbines.
I have actually had the pleasure of going onboard with the missions to seamen & what a magnificent vessel it is with all the latest up to date equipment & technoligy on board.
I live at the bottom of the Eston Hills so going into town I can see over towards the town & dock erea from a distance but if the resolution is in dock the we can see her six legs clearly.
I have no idea as to where she is at present but I do know that she hasn't been in dock for quite sometime now.
I hope that this little info sheds some light on your question.
Best wishes,
John Aspin (Ormesby-Middlesbrough)
