Date Posted: 22/01/08 4:48am In reply to: Brian (Site admin) 's message, "Campaign Medals" on 21/01/08 10:10pm Brian have stayed at the Union Jack Club many times,it is a very safe area with access from Waterloo Station. It is very basic and I don't see any advantage in becoming a member,it has outpriced its self lately both in accommodation and food pricing structure. Breakfast is priced on seperate items. The following are automatically intitled to stay. HM forces past and present, Local Government Officers Councillors etc,Fire and police personnel, you must be able to show ID to this effect or a forces number, a passport is not acceptable ID,unless changes have came about lately. It would now appear that they re feeling the pinch and are spreading their net. David BI. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
