There are still many people who choose to fly the Red Ensign, which is permitted only if flown alone I believe. However if flying the Red Ensign at the same time as the Maple Leaf, the Maple leaf flag must take presedence over any others. But having said all that, like PJM, I could not give a monkeys **** !
