Other top ones for me were AR, CA, NV had a lot of confidence and could dance well too. I was looking at confidence because they need to stand out. All of these stood out the most to me. I also had IL in beautiful yellow and great presentation and SC in a basic long sleeved solid colored navy blue dress with high neck, she was tall, elegant, and looked red carpet. Thinking back, neither of these had the killer presentations like OH and some of the others had. I think these judges were looking for something quieter. Or, they might be liking them from interview. Gown I was definitely with FL and ND. TX wasn't a total surprise, she looked great in a yellow gown, very natural and confident presentation. I also think they might be liking her.
