[> Subject: SII first half-all good speakers, some were a little light on details with their pitch. I liked Piney Woods overall, she was very vulnerable and genuine, thought Katy was a good overall speaker, and I liked Burleson's answer about being in the military. She was very real and funny.

[> Subject: Red Carpet-Space City and Sugar Land were my best in this group, they looked very red carpet and fashionable. Behind them I would have Park Cities, she also had a good presentation and behind her I would put Southeast TX.

[> Subject: Night 1 winners-Rookie talent Fort Worth; Talent-South Lake (hooray!); Red Carpet-Southeast TX. Oh god, she's a Matlock. I was one of the few people who did not worship at the feet of Morgan, so really not rooting for another one to win. She has a personality like her older sister.

[> Subject: A couple of notes: I did not pay too close attention to the teens but I did see each of the winners and I thought they were very deserving. I loved the teen winner's gown. She had a really cute reaction to winning, too. I like the Dallas teen talent winner. I resented Fuller's presence in the top 10 last year at Miss America LOL, but I loved her gown tonight. Teen is very poised, she will def. be Miss TX someday.
