Wow. This is a TOUGH decision. South Lake nailed her onstage question and Carrollton also answered her second question fantastically. IMO South Lake performed the best tonight and Carrollton is their true chance at a Miss America. It is cliched but they really do have a tough job tonight. Park Cities redeemed her earlier bad answer, she was very natural. I am going to not predict the winner but I would say 4th RU Forth Worth, 3rd runner-up Park Cities, 2nd RU Southeast TX and the winner I really do not know.
