I tried to warn people about this woman for years now. Any concerned parent should go to the board of the McHenry County Pageant and have her removed! She is very inappropriate with the girls, trying to act as their mentor and parent figure. She takes credit for the girl's successes, even when it is not due to her help. Still, many of these (vulnerable) girls buy into her antics. Don't just complain about her, take action! She is just like the cancer that was removed from the Miss Illinois Pageant. That woman (Amalia)is who Lovena got her bully type pageant director behavior from. Lovena has no education or pageant credentials; she was a nanny.
