Okay, so I have been around Illinois pageants and their directors with this organization for ten years. Yes, there are some really good, honest, devoted and hard working directors who have the volunteered for years and have , for the most part, kept there integrity. I mean let's face it, those before the pageant secret meetings with the judges aren't about the rules...it's who they are looking for as their titleholder, and that's how they get around it without...so called " cheating". Skip the stupid meeting and let the judges pick the titleholder. They're not dumb, otherwise they wouldn't be a judge, unless hand picked by the director......hmmm?
Moving on...
Then there are those, who should have stepped down years ago, because they have lost their sense of fairness, honesty and helping ALL contestants feel appreciated and welcome as a contestant to their local. It became about the power. You know who you are if you're reading this.
So, ladies it's time to soul search and really get to the Heart of what this organization has come to and how you're going to change it for the better!

I could not agree more. People need to ask themselves if they're in this for the contestants or for themselves. The problems usually arise from the people who have gotten that confused. (NT)No name18:13:01 02/21/16 Sun
