I know him very well and he is extremely grateful for everything ISA provided him. He and AS are close, were close still have a relationship. Leave him out of things. There are a Lot of lies and others who make shit up....not everything on here is factual. It's like the telephone game . Pageant people at their worst! Just like soccer moms and dads. Coach is never right... Kids are... So keep that in mind. Not everyone gets a trophy. It will be the sane with the next person in charge. No one will be happy. It will always be someone else's fault! Matty J is a great guy, he was enthusiastic about the services he provided for the program, and always made the contestant's experience a good one while they were competing at state. He provided a wonderful service, and likely didn't want to get involved in the drama. I highly doubt that he is "close" with the previous leadership, people have different definitions of "close." He may have known only a small portion of the information. People who are not involved in the daily inner workings of the org may not have access to all the info.
