I don't think I eliminated this ELMER LOWERY.
A few years ago, based on something from one of the Our Gang sites, they thought SCOOTER's Mom (ANNIE) died in FL. I found 2 women matching both his Mom and Sis (LILA) in FL, but I couldn't link them to SCOOTER and then I knew his Sis died in NY. The only thing that matched were the names.
This is off the top of my head and my sources are long gone.
What you have found is "verrrrry interrrresting" and I'll see
what I can find for you and ANM.
