 I went back and did some re-research.
His Sis (LILA d.1983---not 1989) was definitely in Lakeland FL sometime betw 1950 & 1983.

The woman I think could be their Mom died in Dade, FL in 1972 and she was from NY. So far I haven't been able to put two or three of them together.

I'm still looking to find more on the "ELMER LOWERY" who you found in Dade and died in 1989 and link him to one of the women in FL.
