ANONYMOUS's source gives DORIS's birthday as "19 Sept.".
This is incorrect as you'll see in the Birth Certificate linked below: Lordheath has the correct day, "10 Sept.".

ANONYMOUS's source gives DORIS's middle name as "MAE". The Birth Certificate says "MAY".

ANONYMOUS's source gives DORIS's married name as "KAA". He was adopted in 1925 (age 9) when his Mom divorced and re-married and he took the name "DONALD CAMERON CARROLL", worked as a musician and died in 1962. In 1963, DORIS re-married to
ELWIN RICHARD COOPER who died in 1968 in LA. "COOPER" was DORIS's surname in 2014 when she died in Gray's Harbor County, WA and this is the name at Vitalsearch, "DORIS M. COOPER".

ANONYMOUS's source gives DORIS's death date as "10 Nov.".
Vitalsearch.com (pay site) says the death date "04 Nov.".
This site posts "official" death record transcriptions from Washington State thru 2014. It only gives the county (in WA)
of death and county of "residence" when deceased. In this case, it's Gray's Harbor County, WA for both. I'll assume that the Town of "Ocean Shores" is correct as it is in that County, but I did not find an obit in the local newspaper which has them on line from 2009 to the present. I also did not find anything in the nearby Aberdeen, WA which is in the same County and the nearest "big" city. I made a query to ANONYMOUS's Ancestry.com source. She hasn't logged in to Ancestry in the past 9 months.

My next post to this Forum will be a more formal writeup for DAVE with sources for the above.

A "hat-tip" to JAMES HARPER for alerting DAVE to DORIS's 2014 death or I wouldn't know where to begin!!

It all goes to show to be accurate, one needs check original sources. DAVE (originally) didn't have any birth info for CULLEN MORRIS because the Ancestry source for the 1940 Census "TRANSCRIPTION" cited by ANONYMOUS says that he was "70 years old"!(so this couldn't be "our" CULLEN). When one goes back to the original 1940 Census, one finds that is actually says clearly "10 year old" son of MARY MORRIS, aged 26, so the Ancestry.com transcriber made an error!

DAVE made a good move by giving his birth as "circa 1930".
I don't know where DAVE got CULLEN and ALVINs' death ages as "86". From the 1940 Census record, I think we can safely say they were brothers: "Black Americans": born in Louisiana
