United States of America. Real name: Doris May Oelze Doris was married in 1941 in Los Angeles to Don Carroll (1916-1962) according to Ancestry researcher "RGriffiths5702" but no source is given. In the 1940 Census he is "single" and in his 1943 Army enlistment he is "married". His occupation was night club musician. RGriffiths also shows that his Danish Father, August Kaa, divorced his Mother and when she re-married by 1925, he was adopted by his step-father and took on the new name. When he died in March 1962 at age 46 of "cardio-respiratory failure" he was working in LA as a draftsman for an aircraft company. In December 1963, Doris married Elwin Richard Cooper (1909-1968), also with a background as an aircraft draftsman, in Los Angeles. He died in July of 1983.
