Fordham must conduct an extensive, professional national search to find the best candidate for the AD position. There are many talented, highly qualified individuals at excellent schools across the country that would jump at the opportunity to be the AD at Fordham, as long as the administration changes the reporting structure and title for the job. The position should be a Vice President reporting directly to the President.
