Subject: Yes Mike Kne was a great O-lineman. We both came in as freshman together, but just to let you know he left Fordham over having to pay $500 a semester. He let his former teamates down, but it's good to see him getting playing time now. I'm sure he worked really hard to get there and I hope he makes it to the NFL.

In reply to: rambo 's message, "MIKE KNE- remember the name ? probably Clawson's finest OL recruit ever -out of Ohio; Fordham drag in the financial aid office going into his soph year caused his father to decide he had to go elsewhere; he walked on at Ohio State and ESPN just showed his pic as starting Tackle for Ohio State in its Bowl game." on 20:32:54 12/29/04 Wed

Kne was a casualty of the need-based aid system. His ordeal with the financial aid office is perfect example of why we should play scholarship football. Glad to hear he started in last night’s Alamo Bowl, which Ohio State won, 33-7 over Oklahoma State. (NT)ramMan08:57:34 12/30/04 Thu

Thanks for that input, Prince. It had been described a little differently to me. Go Rams. (NT)rambo12:46:48 12/31/04 Fri
