Fordham players aren't "non-scholarship," since they receive generous aid that is only available to football players. In I-AA, only a handful of schools spend more on football scholarships than Fordham. Of course, the last time Army football played a PL representative was 2002, and they lost to lowly Holy Cross. I assume the injury remark was sarcasm. (NT)$3,255,639 FY 04 football expenditures01:11:18 12/09/04 Thu

Re: I don't agree. PL and Ivy teams have been doing it for years (HC beat them three years ago)and will return to doing so in the very near future; they have approached PL and Ivy teams for future games. Fordham is the most natural match-up. This is simply a terrible scheduling job. (NT)Go...'gate10:52:50 12/09/04 Thu
